Auto Pay is required for ALL unlimited/pro plans. Family Plans require one person responsible financially. Family plans are for household members ONLY. You must contact Champs 48 hours in advance of payment for cancellation. No contracts/Cancellation fees.

By accepting, you agree to be responsible for
all injuries, accidents, damage that is done on your behalf. You will respect the equipment, other members, and building at all times. Allowing friends or other people in without working fob, is NOT permitted. You will be charged for letting others in. You are responsible financially for any injuries to yourself while in the Champs facilities. We are not responsible for physical or mental damage. We are not responsible for equipment failures. We are not responsible for any item left in the facility that is not found. We do not offer staffed workers full time. You must make an appointment. If you do not know what you are doing, please ask before using equipment. Music must be appropriate and at a normal level when others are in the building. Rack your weights when finished, at all times. Clean machines after every use. Children are not allowed on the black mats or using the equipment. Shirts need to be worn at all times. You are responsible and liable for you, anything you use on the app or create, liability is yours. If you have questions about your health, safety, or the use of any equipment or exercise technique, you will need to contact your physician or ask for help.
